If I’m ever unsure of what to make for dessert, I almost always reach for one of my pavlova recipes. They don’t require a lot of active cooking time, you can top them with truly any seasonal fruit, they’re great for serving a crowd, and top top if off, I’ve never met someone who doesn’t like it. Because Christmas is right around the corner (2 days), I thought it would be fun to make one inspired by a tree.
