Although I’ll always be loyal to the “kanelbulle” (a Swedish cinnamon bun with pearl sugar) I really can’t resist one with cream cheese frosting. This yeasted dough recipe has two eggs, which helps to make the dough ultra soft and is filled with a cinnamon and white sugar mixture instead of brown sugar. If all you have is brown sugar or you prefer brown, use that instead.
